Vacancy Description
2nd Line Support Technician We are looking for a customer focused 2nd Line Support Technician, who will form part of a dedicated IT support team. The team manages the diverse IT requirements of a central London office of a market leading media intelligence company. This person will be providing the technical lead in 2nd line support for the IT Helpdesk and its staff and will be required to cover a main working shift of 06:30 -15:00 Monday Friday. Technical Skills-Windows Server 20032008-Active Directory-backup exec 2010-SQL 20052008-WSUS-Windows XP 7-Exchange 2003-Office 20032010-IIS-Group Policy-Any VSphere experience and Windows 7 deployment.
