We are looking to recruit a Account Manager. The overall purpose of the role is to develop existing business. You will be responsible for contacting existing clients, already in contract with the company to upsell or cross-sell products to them. Key Responsibilities are to acquire and maintain a sound knowledge of the product range and to upsell the company and all of it's capabilities to existing accounts and provide immediate response and superior support to all customer and sales enquiries by telephone, email, post and personal visits. Also to actively participate and contribute in all team discussions, meetings and events, demonstrating a positive attitude to colleagues at all times. Ref: GBR/178960
