Vacancy Description
The position will report to the Finance and HR Manager, and will provide administrative skills, manage company payroll, Accounts Payable and provide assistance to the accounting team. SAGE 50 Payroll and Accounts training will be provided. The ideal candidates will be AAT/ACCA part qualified or have some accounting understanding. You will also require strong. IT skills and experience in the use of Sage/Excel/Word. Duties. Assisting in production of monthly management and financial accounts. Maintaining Accounts Payable, monthly reconciliations and ensuring vendor invoices are paid on or before due dates. Accruals and pre-payments. Payroll - managing employee files, payroll, data entry and supporting the Payroll Team with general ad-hoc duties. Petty cash and associated filing. Ad-hoc office admin work.
