Vacancy Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join the team of a successful Care Home based in Wimbledon. As Business Administrator your main duties will include: Ensure that the overall administration is delivered at a high standard. Ensure that all financial arrangements comply with Company policies and procedures. Ensure that all admissions documentation is accurate and is entered on to the relevant information system. Ensure that all records for the team are accurate and maintained this includes annual leave and sickness. Manage the recruitment and training of the team; ensuring training targets are met and the team are competent in their roles. Maintain the petty cash, recording all disbursements and actioning reclaims.
