Vacancy Description
As a Meeting Room Bookings Support Agent you will be handling inbound meeting room customer enquiries from taking the initial call through to making the booking and handling any support calls. You will help customers on the phone and online to find the best solution for their meeting room requirements and help them complete a booking. You will also work with a corporate account client base to meet their larger national and international requirements. Previous experience within a similar role for a minimum 12 months is required. Experience within a hotel, meeting, conferencing or business centre environment is an advantage as is a second language. Professional and clear communication skills, outstanding phone communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
