This Contact Agent role presents an opportunity to work in our Manchester Contact Centre, providing outstanding service to British Airways' customers. Aspiring to be the very best, with our customers at the forefront of your mind, you will be an ambassador for the airline. Job Purpose To interact with British Airways' customers through inbound calls, r ecommending best solutions and supporting the customer through their journey. To assist the retention of future business and help build customer loyalty through acting as an ambassador for the airline at all times. Hours of Work The Contact Centre is open 365 days a year between 0730-2015hrs. Working pattern will consist of 7.5hrs a day, 5 days a week covering Monday-Sunday.
