This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Ladbrokes. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers over the phone based at our head office, whilst providing functional support to our shop staff. You will be accepting and processing bets and helping customer with general enquires. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and prefably have experience within a contact centre environment.
