Webfusion is a leading Webhosting Company looking for a Customer Retentions Advisor who will be a star communicator with the ability to utilise technical knowledge, customer service and sales techniques to retain our current customer base. You will be contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues retaining the services. The successful candidate will have had direct experience in a customer retentions or sales role is not necessary, but advantageous, just as experience within a call center, customer services or telecoms background.
