Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Vacancy Description
We are currently working on a number of Customer Service based jobs in the Watford area within a large organisation. Responsibilities within this job include dealing with high volumes of incoming calls from customers directly, dealing with and resolving queries and providing a high level a customer service in line with company protocol. Full training will be provided. You must be highly customer focused and confident in communicating over the telephone, computer literate, a problem solver with excellent listening skills. Administration skills and adaptability are also an advantage.
