Vacancy Description
Our client a well known house hold name is seeking a temporary Senior Customer Team Manager to join their small but busy team whilst they recruit a Head of Customer Service your duties will include answering inbound calls as 1st point of contact for all customers, handling all queries and complaints. As well as carrying out the same tasks as the customer service agents you would be required to make sure all KPI's are achieved. The main responsibility will be to run reports and analyse these as well liaising with senior management. Making sure all the stat's are correct and the team are running productively. It is essential that you have previously been responsible for running reports, collating stat's and explaining these to management within a call centre environment.
