Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, BETWEEN 8AM-6PM

Vacancy Description
We are looking to appoint two additional first line support analysts to our helpdesk team. Candidates must be IT literate, able to demonstrate knowledge of MS Windows platforms, be familiar with IP network concepts and proficient in the support of MS Office. The successful applicant will be responsible for delegated tasks so that they are completed promptly and accurately. Supervision and advice will be available at all times. Must be a confident communicator, a team player who derives satisfaction from helping customers. Experience of working within a call handling environment and of assisting with IT issues remotely would be beneficial. Small shift pattern between 8am-6pm. Potential for out-of-hours on call, but this is unlikely to be required immediately.
