Vacancy Description
As a Food Service Supervisor you will supervise the preparation and service of meals and beverages to customers, be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy and that all health and safety regulations are followed by your team. You will also ensure that your team have the relevant training, development and performance reviews to enable them to satisfy both personal and client expectations. You will ideally have previous supervisory experience, ideally in a food and beverage related environment. We will consider a strong, experienced Food Service Assistant with the potential to develop in to a supervisory role. You will have good customer service, communication and leadership skills. You will lead by example, demonstrating great team work and show the ability to both give and follow instructions.
