This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Brite Recruitment who is operating as an employment agency. Our client, a market leading Global Communications company, is currently looking for bright and dynamic French/Dutch speakers to join their multi-lingual European Customer Service team. Working within this busy Service Centre you will be the first point-. of-call for customers and ensure the smooth running of a spectrum of telephone conference calls, from business meetings to court hearings. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will set up live conference calls and manage them from start to finish, dealing with any issues that arise throughout. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, suitable candidates will be fluent in English and French/Dutch and have experience working in a customer-focused role.
