This Vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Plum Personnel Ltd who is operating as an employment agency. You must have significant experience in running charity fundraising teams; in this role you will be required to manage six teams in a very professional and systematic way. You must have a superb understanding of face-to-face fundraising, in particular. knowing what constitutes excellence in fundraising. This role requires someone who is passionate about f2f and the positive impact it has, and is committed to raising the bar on fundraising standards. You need to be able to command a room, have serious credibility, inspire confidence and self-belief in those you are responsible for.
