Graduate Service Administrator Develop and maintain the SWAP process for European regional service facilities and customers.Provide accurate and timely administration support for RMA processes.Develop manage and implement company policy and SLAs in relation to customer relations and customer service issues.Manage/ monitor the SCSS SWAP system for improvement analysis.Review all Service Level Agreements SWAP processes to improve service prior to distribution to customers and clients.Assist with the associated regional service facilities SWAP processing functions-Accurate management of credit control all SWAP RMA functions.Substantial experience within administration function preferably within CCTV industry.English and fluent French speaking essential.Must hold Degree Level Certification.
