Duties:PES- Sole responsibility for the Pre Employment Screening for 6 High Profile Clients with stringent screening policies Payroll - Manage weeklymonthly payroll Remittance - Have the ability to follow and clearly understand the reconciling of accounts PA to two Directors - making travel arrangements, visas, diary management planning meetings, preparing correspondence and company reports Expenses - coordinate employee and company expenses quarterly Credit Control Book Keeping - pety cash and accounts General Admin ad hoc PAOffice Manager tasks Meet and greet clients and candidates Be a point of contact for invoice payments and queries Ordering stationary supplies etc.Experience and Quals:Proven PAManagement and specifically PES experience. Managed a busy office environment.Highly experienced in Microsoft Office packages.
