We currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. The role is challenging yet rewarding and requires a warm, friendly and dynamic individual who is able to multi task in a proactive team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. As a Helpdesk Coordinator you will be responsible for: Answering calls from customers. Planning, organising and prioritising your workload. Ensuring all services are delivered to the high standard required. Ensuring individuals have the capability to contribute ideas and suggestions to continually improve processes. Ensuring and build strong positive working relationships at all levels.
