Vacancy Description
We are seeking an IT Junior Support Help Desk Engineer to join our successful Time Attendance and Access Control company. Preference will be given to candidates with a good background in PCs, networking capabilities and ability to apply a flexible attitude. Plenty of energy, enthusiasm towards customers, self-motivation and the desire to succeed within a progressive technical sales environment is essential. Good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and work to tight deadlines is equally important. The main role is to provide 1st2nd line technical assistance to customers, liaise with field based engineers and assist in scheduling installations. Full product training given. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress to a IT Technical Field engineer with company car etc.
