18+.The role of Junior Support Technician is to provide first line technical support for our customers who phone or email requesting helpdesk or technical support. You will be assigned support cases with differing priorities that need to be resolved within agreed service level agreements. The role entails continuously ensuring that your team leader knows what is going on to allow for accurate and clear communication with the client to resolve their problem, and that the client is made to feel that there is no chance of their issue being overlooked. You will be required to develop your skills in all areas of our product range, including transactional websites, EPOS systems, call centre systems and virtual gaming solutions.The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
