The candidate will ideally have customer service or leisure industry experience although not essential. An interest in leisure activities would be an advantage. NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) would be a benefit, however training can be provided. Training can also be provided for customer care and sales. Excellent prospects for progression for right the candidate. Duties include reception task, membership tours, cleaning and any other duties as required. Role also includes gym work: inductions and programmes. A CYQ or Level 2 is not essential. Benefits include staff discounts, use of facilities, monthly bonus scheme and sales commission.
