Vacancy Description
Assistant HR manager required for a busy department, dealing with HR matters, covering 2500 employees. HR manager must have CIPD qualifications or equivalent. Duties to include advice and guidance to operational management, specific assistance with complex with disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE transfer process, creation, implementation of policies and procedures, over seeing CRB processing, inductions, overseeing performance review processes , quarterly seminar training of management teams. This role is seen for potential progression to board level in the future.
