Vacancy Description
Purpose of the Role: To act as a compliment to the reception and conference room booking service in providing a professional, integrated and efficient front of house service to all users. Objectives of the Role: Escort guests and visitors from reception area to the meeting spaces, Office management - allocation of storage and filing, desk moves, hot-desking, repairs, To act as a first point of contact for resolution of issues and requests, Manage and review meeting room usage to ensure good housekeeping, Locate alternative meeting rooms, Monitor meeting room bookings and utilisation, Undertake floor audits to ensure equipment, materials and consumables are functioning and available, Provide first fix capability for equipment and#x2013; printers, faxes, photocopiers, and audio-visual equipment.
