We are looking for a highly motivated assessor to train, assess and recruit a number of learners across the Tunbridge Wells area. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding them through their NVQ qualification in Horticulture, and cover Key Skills. Assessing their vocational competence against the NVQ national standards, ensuring the learner understands the technical knowledge needed to undertake their job role and deliver on a one-to-one basis, deficiencies in this knowledge. The ideal candidate must hold A1 D32, 33 award, be able to travel to meet learners in a variety of work locations.
