Vacancy Description
We are currently looking to take on an enthusiastic HR Office Administrator due to expansion. Previous experience is essential. This is a PART-time position and you will be filing, sending out applications, emails, setting up files, sending out employment contracts and related papers.You will have good keyboard skills pleasant telephone manner and be numerate and well organised, have good all round software knowledge including word and excel. In addition to this you will be answering the telephone inputting data, supporting finance officer, liaising with managers and directors, taking minutes of meetings, producing new forms, standardising others, and updating databases. Experience of general administration human resources functions including recruitment of staff. There will be additional HR/Office duties added to the role as it develops.
