Duration: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm 5 days per week

Vacancy Description
PA to the director. Must have previous experience in office management and possess a good telephone manner. You will be the first point of call and answer telephone on behalf of director. Your duties will include keeping the job diary, processing information and dealing with clients. You must be experienced in providing all aspects of admin support and office management. You must have excellent organisational skills, be confident, honest and reliable. Experience with sage, excel and quick books. Being calm and good with people is necessary and flexible with the work load. Accuracy in your work is very important. You should be able to work independently using your own initiative, when the director is out at meetings.
