Duration: Permanent Hours: 9 - 15 PER WEEK, MONDAY - FRIDAY, BETWEEN 9AM - 5PM

Vacancy Description
Must have IT, diary and email management skills and experience with accounts. Must have excellent communication skills. Duties include diarising jobs for staff, contacting clients, placing orders for materials, ensuring quality control, following up on jobs completed for customer satisfaction, responding to client enquiries by telephone and email, typing of quotes and preparation of client documents and all related tasks as required.
