Vacancy Description
You will be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. You will carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks, and oversee the office work of numerous staff. Different tasks will include: using a range of office software, including email, word and spread sheets managing filing systems developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management recording office expenditure and managing the budget organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment organising and chairing meetings with your staff including typing the agenda and taking minutes.
