A vacancy has arisen to support delivery and implementation of an online knowledge management portal, to support the management team in developing copy and content to enable all users to easily understand the content. This will be a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend. Support and develop CIT/GSS service lines and managers in pu blishing and developing content; coordinates the planning, development and accessibility of the CIT/GSS knowledge management tool; and ensures consistency in design and functionality. Responsible for proposing and implementing new innovations and features for the CIT/GSS portal and for training and supporting sector teams to post content.
