Employer: G4S Aviation Services (UK) Salary: £25,000-£29,000 PER ANNUM
Duration: Permanent Hours: 40 PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-4PM

Vacancy Description
Must have a depth of expertise from an airside pass issue regulatory perspective as well as experience leading a customer service operation. Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications. Must have a clean driving licence as will be required to travel to local BA sites including Gatwick Airport. Must have a valid passport and proof of NI number. Main. duties are responsibility for organising staff rosters and annual appraisals, ensuring the SLAs and KPIs are met in an effective and timely manner, assess and react to data collected and help seek continual improvements and ensure any problems identified are resolved effectively.
