You'll build rapport, establish yourself as an authority on our product range and ensure our customers are matched with the products that will make the most of their money. Meeting targets and spotting sales opportunities will be an important part of the role. Our comprehensive training will capitalise on the experience you've gained in a previous financial, banking, insurance or customer service role. You'll be driven, determined and keen to make your branch the best it can be. Great interpersonal skills are a must and you'll be pro-active in developing your understanding of our products. You'll also be prepared to work 35 hours per week on a flexible basis including Saturdays.
