Our client are a leading international law firm and they are seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant. The role is to process and make payments of Counsel Fee notes and all other matter relating to Professional Fees in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules and internal procedures.This role requires an individual with a very good knowledge of the SRA. Accounts Rules.Key responsibilities include : Ensuring Professional Fees are paid in accordance with the SRA Accounts RulesPaying Invoices by Cheque, Chaps and Telegraphic TransferCompleting Invoice Approval forms for all new Counsel Fee notes and Professional InvoicesMonitoring credit balances and transferring to client account accordinglyUpdating the Invoice Register Daily Opening and maintaining Creditor Details Full job description on requestFixed Term 9 months.
