The holder of this position is charged with the task of developing an on-site business that develops and maintains the highest levels of customer service. The team leader role is broad and covers all business areas of the operation. Every decision made should consider long-term contract sustainability and the relationship with the client. The leadership role will involve maintaining a productive work environment, while implementing an atmosphere that fosters personal and professional growth. The team leader will be tasked to advance the level of customer service executed throughout the operation and to ensure that the team participate in wider reception activities.This job is based in Cobham, Surrey.
