Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, between 8.30am and 7pm
Vacancy Description
Previous reservations experience is required. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential. You will have knowledge of dealing with group and individual reservations. You will over see the smooth and efficient running of the reservations department. You will communicate on a daily basis with the revenue and sales teams, You will be required to ensure all bookings are entered correctly. To ensure all admin is completed in the department, which will include groups, no shows, late cancellations and early departures.
