Our client, part of a long establishment group of superb restaurants, is offering this superb opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join them The ideal candidate will have experience of high volume, high quality fresh food produce, have a sound background in leading and team development. Ideally you will also have in depth knowledge of Bistro establishments and an understanding and appreciation of customer requirements in this area. With its accent on the Provencal cuisines of Southern France, our clients establishment brings something completely new to London's restaurant scene. The innovative menu has been carefully created to show off the great produce and bold flavours of Provence. Competitive salary and package available for the successful candidate.
