Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 HRS WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM

Vacancy Description
Educated to degree level, experience of working in ITIL environment, Prince 2 Foundation and industry standard qualifications provided by Microsoft, Oracle and a advanced understanding of technical enterprise infrastructures. Management of contracted service level agreements, target management and monitoring, management of a team of 9 staff of IT support engineers, management of risk registers, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
