Co-ordinate the duties of the Kitchen manager, in the daily running of the kitchen. Over see all production and maintain quality service and product in all areas. Responsible for quality of food, food handling personnel and their professional, safe, clean and hygienic work practices. Previous experience working in the capacity of a Jr Sous chef or a Sous chef within a Kitchen of similar or relatively a larger organization, Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) Strong management skills Good level of English essential, NVQ 1and2, To join an effective service and high quality professional team in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
