Vacancy Description
To prepare food in all sections and to assist with menu planning, costing and food ordering. You will oversee that sufficient quantities are being prepared on schedule and to ensure food is served on time, correctly portioned and garnished. You will be required to assist in stocktaking, management of kitchen staff and supervision of the food service counter. You will also help manage kitchen hygiene and correct food storage. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ 1/2 with relevant experience, a passion for food and great service with good communication skills. All applicants invited to interview will be asked to produce documents that prove their right to work in the UK. All successful applicants will be subject to a high level security clearance.
