Vacancy Description
Lead and coach the Pinkberry customer service team model to all staff. Recruit and be responsible for the on-going training of all staff. Ensure efficient staffing levels. Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures, safety and security guidelines. Motivate your team through effective performance management, timely performance feedback and written reviews. You will be responsible for leading and coaching the store team to create emotional connection and customer delight with every interaction. Be responsible for identifying and developing internal candidates for future leadership opportunities. Grow top line sales by identifying and driving optional improvements as well as developing and executing local store marketing plans. Deliver on or above target goals for food and labour costs while keeping good customer service standards.
