Vacancy Description
NEW CONTACT CENTRE LOOKING FOR GREAT ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE together with some IT skills. Receives, trouble shoots, tracks, resolves and document all incidents and service requests from service users. Retains ownership of incidents, monitors progress through to resolution, provides general IT information, ensures excellent customer service, update knowledge base used by service desk technicians, diagnoses and repairs hardware faults with laptops, desktop, PDA, smart phones, VOIP phones, scanners, printers, plotters, digital cameras and act as mentor/supervisor to junior staff, identifying training needs and prioritising teams work. Preferred but not essential IT qualifications are: MS certified professional or MS certified systems administrator and a ITIL version 3 foundation qualification.
