Vacancy Description
The role will involve providing telephone and email support to existing and clients creating, maintaining and updating support tasks and ticket system. You will work with our customers to understand the issue faced, with the aim of providing timely resolution to queries of varying degrees of complexity. You will analyse the customer case and will refer to existing knowledgebase documentation as well as your own technical knowledge to find the relevant steps to resolve the issue, escalating as necessary. You will ideally have experience of working with websites and excellent IT skills are essential. Providing excellent customer service is an essential aspect of this role, as is the ability to provide clear information on the appropriate solution to the problem raised.
