The Role: You will be part of the Branch Management team with key holder responsibilities and ensure the efficient running of the shop floor section. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team, developing customer relationships and delivering excellent customer. Whatever our customers need, whenever they need it, you will ensure they can get it straight from Selco. In doing this, you will make sure that stock levels are controlled to maximise availability, and processes are followed in accordance with Selco procedures. The Person: Ideally you will have previous supervisory manager experience in a similar role environment and be able to demonstrate your line management experience and be commercially aware. You will need to have a high level of product knowledge and a proven track record in stock integrity.
