This is a 2012 Games vacancy. The role of the Venue Ticket Manager will encompass the management of all Ticketing functions during games time. Responsible for managing the staff and volunteers who will provide the overall customer service, resolving all seating issues in the venues and working with the Box Office Managers on access and policy issues. Degree or equivalent qualification. Operate well in a high-pressure environment. Large Event Operational experience. Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in ticket system architectures. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Team Player who can be flexible and adaptable. A positive problem-solving attitude. Ability to work well under strict deadlines. Passionate about the Games and eager to participate. This is a temporary position.
